- ICBC : 12 times (FREE)
- MSP : $23 out of full charge is covered per visit (10 times per year)

Your Initial Visit
- Please bring your Care card or Personal Health number.
- If you want a direct billing with your extended insurance plan, please let us know your provider’s name, ID number, policy number and relationship to the policy holder.
- Mostly, extended health benefits have 60%~100% coverages.
- You only need to make a payment the remaining balance out of your fee. (Some cases are covered by amount not percentage like $500 per year)
- In case of not accepting the direct billing from the insurance company, do not worry! Just submit the treatment receipt we issued for your full reimbursement claim.
